Spring...Break?

This week is spring break for Nathan and I!  Before spring break started we had planned several fun activities, but then we realized that we have no money, an extremely time-consuming new member of our family, and a lot of homework to get done over the week.  We were bummed that we didn't get to do all the fun things we had planned (especially visiting St. George), but we did get to spend a couple days with my family and it was a lot of fun.  Now we are finishing out the week just hanging out in Laramie and enjoying the semi-relaxing time with our little guy.

Anniversary

Nathan and I celebrated our two year anniversary in December.  I wanted to do a post on the actual day, but I got busy... so here it is!  Nathan and I have been married for two amazing years.   I can't believe how blessed I am to have a husband that is so perfect for me.  I can't wait to spend forever with him!

Looking Back

With the new year, Nathan and I have been reflecting on how great this last year was for us.  We have been so blessed and have done a lot of great things.

Some of the major events from our 2011:

• Seeing Wicked in Arizona with Joseph and Lauren
• Nathan was able to get Enbrel for his arthritis, which completely changed our lives!
• Finding out we were pregnant on Valentine's Day 
• My mom gave me a big surprise by coming to Laramie on my birthday
• Went to the spring and fall sessions of general conference in the conference center in SLC
• Nathan graduated with his undergrad in business
• My calling moved from first councilor in the primary to Laurel's advisor in Young Women's
• Worked Melaleuca this summer
• Had a family reunion with my mom's family... and Dad winning the crokinole tournament
• Went on a trip to Powell to see my grandparents
• My best friends threw me an amazing baby shower
• We bought our first car (Mercury Sable... oh yeah)
• We moved apartments and Kevin and Mary moved in next door!
• Nathan started and finished his first semester of law school
• Nathan won a Kindle Fire from a drawing at the law school
• We had our 2 year anniversary

And of course, the best for last:

• We had our wonderful, perfect, healthy baby boy!

Now we're just looking forward to a fantastic 2012!!
